"Beautiful hotel away from the center, so it is quieter - but also requires a tuk tuk to go everywhere. Beds are either super hard or soft, so be sure to request a room with your preference (I switched after the first night.) Staff were nice enough and became more friendly after a few days. "We stayed for just 1 night but it was made extremely comfortable and memorable by the great service we received from HR Palace!
