"We stayed for just 1 night but it was made extremely comfortable and memorable by the great service we received from HR Palace! Travelling along with my senior citizen mom and my very young son during the cold December month, we had special needs in both rooms we had booked. The hotel manager Mr. Anuj went out of his way in making sure that our needs were very well met, even though our stay was just for 1 night. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms clean and tidy. "The service was excellent. We got help with every problem we had, eg. getting a SIM-card, leaving our luggage after check in, getting my friends shoes fixed, etc. We booked a day package from the hotel (incl. car). Our guide (Mahindra - hope I spell your name right) was excellent, he answered all our question about language, culture, history etc., he even cooked us his favourite meal (goat-stew) at night after finding out we would like to try real local cuisine. We really felt very welcome....
