"The rooms we booked were not available when we arrrived. They were unable to accommodate us with the correct rooms. One of our guests had to sleep on the floor. This is unacceptable."

"We had an extremely comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. We found the location practical for accessing many of the beautiful towns the Cotswolds has to offer. We look forward to returning. "

"We stayed for 2nights, I originally booked a cozy room but was upgraded on arrival, the room was beautiful, fresh cookies everyday , tea coffee replenished, the bed so comfortable, the location was perfect for getting around the Cotswolds and at night the hotel looked was stunning loved the water wheel , we ate at the restaurant one night and the food was delicious I can’t fault the hotel at all "
