"Wonderful staff and thoughtful service What stood out most about our stay at May De Ville Lumiere was the excellent service. The staff were warm, attentive and proactive in helping us throughout our stay. When we had an early bus and couldn’t stay for breakfast, they thoughtfully packed food for us to take away. We really appreciated that extra care. The room felt a little smaller than we had expected, but to be fair, the size in square metres was clearly listed on Expedia before we booked, so...

"The hotel is very clean and the location is ideal. The breakfast spread was quite big too. Would definitely recommend."

"bery busy area, a bit noisy , staff is very friendly. breakfast is quite congested and requested not fully followed over there"

"Location: in center of downtown tourist. Every night when we get out the hotel , feeling like the city is wake up, crowded and fun. Second: room is very clean and good enough to enjoy , just for me is a little small. Third : air conditioner is good, it’s have the jacuzzi in top hotel and massage at B floor that help you relax after trip. Fourth: breakfast at the 9 floor and it so yummy for America food or VN foo.Last: staff: that is the best in this hotel, from the time I come until when I left...

"Mei war sehr zuvorkommend und hat auf der ganzen Reise sehr geholfen. Man sollte nur Zimmer mit Fenster buchen. Aber das Hotel ist wunderschön und sehr zentral"

"This place is fantastic. Great location, incredible staff, comfortable rooms and a beautiful rooftop pool. I will stay here again."

"The staff was amazing especially Long. Thoughtful, kind, attentive-Terrific Highly recommend with perfect location"

"Staff was super friendly and helpful; the location was great, close to everything; the room was a little small, though, and water supply was not available late at night, sometimes."

"I had an amazing stay at the Classyc hotel. This was great, would return again!!! 5 stars!!!"

"The room size is ok, the bed is comfy and it would have been the best sleep we had if it’s not because of the noise from the corridor. The rooms on one floor are near and if you have noisy neighbours who do not like to close their doors or not considerate, it would be annoying. However the staff are very helpful and polite. The breakfast spread is also quite good and they have offer daily specials, cooked eggs to your likings, etc."

"Das Personal war extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Auch das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels sehr gut. Uns hat neben der ausgesprochen guten Lage auch die Einrichtung des Hotels gefallen. Man wohnt mittendrin und trotzdem sehr ruhig! Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber herrlich nach einer Tour durch die Stadt. Definitiv eine Empfehlung"

"Staff are knowledgeable about the area and helpful at the same time"

"It was in the best area very close to everything. It’s right in the heart of downtown of old quarter"

"Bella them hotel manager was extremely accommodating and helpful."

"Staffs are helpful. Thanks I like breakfast special are sticky rice. Hotel is close central, very convenient."

"The staff members were genuinely helpful and friendly. I had a room on the fifth floor (with a great view and a cute balcony), although there was no elevator, the staff were able to carry my suitcase up and down. The building is on the older side, given that it's in the old quarter, but my room was clean and spacious, AC fully functional, good wifi connection. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Hanoi again. Oh, lots of food options downstairs doesn't hurt either!"

"First off the bed had to be one of the most comfortable that I have ever had in a hotel! The pillows and duvet were all great. There was construction going on so at times a little noisy, but construction is needed to improve properties. Close to everything you need. It is close to some bars, so the music is a little loud until 1am or so. I would stay here again."

"I’m writing this review based on my entire experience with the hotel and hope it highlights the good and the bad points. I booked this hotel for 2 nights staying in a “Grand Double Room”. Good points. .Staff Are extremely friendly and helpful especially sorting my room issue. .Location is excellent rite in the Old Quarter Bad Points.. The Grand Double Rooms are horrible. They are at the back of the hotel where there is hardly any natural light. The room is tired and very hot/stuffy. And...
