Your charming vacation home is situated in Austin’s historic Travis Heights neighborhood, located just a half mile from shopping, dining, and nightlife on South Congress Avenue. Snap a photo in front of the iconic “I love you so much” mural. In the evening, head to the legendary Continental Club for some foot-stomping performances, and discover why Austin is known as the “Live Music Capital of the World”.

Custom woodwork and rugs add character throughout this two-story home. Spend time on the upper balcony overlooking the Travis Heights neighborhood. Make use of the covered patio and fire pit in the lush backyard. The open-concept living area offers a welcoming space where guests can socialize or watch TV. Come together for movie nights in the upstairs media room, featuring a streaming-capable TV, a surround sound system, and an upper balcony overlooking beautiful Travis Heights. When you’ve worked up an appetite, prepare family meals in a large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances - including a French door fridge, double oven, and gas range. The wood cabinets are fully stocked with all the necessary cookware and gadgets. Eat together inside or dine alfresco on the covered patio with overhead lighting and ceiling fans. After dinner, treat yourself to s’mores around the fire pit with stone bench seating.

In the evenings, head upstairs to your private primary suite with a walk-in closet. On the main level, one guest bedroom has full-length windows and a TV, and another has a sophisticated four-poster bed and TV. One guest bathroom has a glass walk-in shower, while another features custom tiling, a double-sink vanity, and a walk-in shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
