"Unpleasant Environment One of the most disturbing aspects was the pervasive smell of marijuana throughout the hotel. The odor was so strong that it became necessary to keep my window open at all times just to breathe comfortably. I have asthma so I had no choice but to keep the window open. I only stayed 2 nights and since it was prepaid so I just stuck it out as I only spent time sleeping there and was out most of the day. Also, the shower was another issue. The fixture is so old that I had a very hard time getting it to work. Insufficient Amenities The amenities provided were extremely limited. In the bathroom, there was only a small bar of soap and two plastic cups. There was no coffee maker in the room, which made it difficult to prepare any hot beverages. I had to specifically request a mug simply to make a cup of tea, highlighting the lack of basic conveniences. Safety Concerns As a single woman, I felt unsafe during my stay. There were many questionable individuals coming and going from the hotel, which heightened my concerns. Due to these safety issues, I felt compelled to block the door to my room with a chair to ensure my personal security. AND THE ROOMS DON'T LOOK LIKE THE PHOTOS THEY POST. RUN DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!! "

"Front desk was consistently very good but room carpet wasn't vacuumed, bathroom wallpaper/tub/floor stained, furniture and walls nicked. You get what you pay for."

"We often stay at BW Plus hotels. This is one of the nicest! The only thing I missed was a hand held shower head. "

"Excellent stay. The hotel is in the best location especially if you travel with kids even for adults you’re right in the middle of the shopping center. It’s a pool on deck plenty of restaurants supermarket Chuck E. Cheese movie theaters bowling time for real. Definitely can’t wait to stay there over this summer."

"When my family and I went the hotel was going through renovations. Our rooms were excellent and clean. I was a little disappointed we arrived back Saturday night and wanted to get something from the hotel restaurant. But the cooked called out. No biggie the host pointed us to a local restaurant that had excellent for. 4/5 for our weekend stay. "

"We were EXTREMELY disappointed with the shower. Woke up this AM only to discover our shower had no hot water. Ive never had that happen before. Called the front desk and was told they were having issues and were working on it. WTH does Westin rent me a room with no hot water?"
