"There was hair on my bedding and it wasnt mine. The bedding barely fit the bed. The sheets were sized too small. Two front desk staff were horrible but a third was fantastic. AC was funky. I could not shut it off. Phone in the room dod not work. I had to walk down to the front desk. Not thrilled with the service on this stay. "

"My family of 5 loved our 1-night stay. Clean, great room layout. Good water pressure in the shower. Great pool. Check-in was quick & easy. I asked for an extra blanket and towels and these things were brought to our room in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast was a lovely spread and I had a great meal but my son would suggest a few more options like bacon & ham instead of just ham."

"bathroom had no exhaust. smell linrred and the mirror fogged up, making it difficult to apply makeup. was standing in a pool of water, taking a shower The drainage of bathtub when taking shower because the drainage was bad in the bath tub. "

"We were EXTREMELY disappointed with the shower. Woke up this AM only to discover our shower had no hot water. Ive never had that happen before. Called the front desk and was told they were having issues and were working on it. WTH does Westin rent me a room with no hot water?"

"Comfortable bed. Safe neighborhood. That's about it. The property is in poor condition and doesn't come with much, not even bathing gel"

"Clean room, room was large, bathroom a little small. Overall the Hyatt in Morristown was great. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Staff was nice, parking was easy. Would absolutely stay here again"
