"For a budget hotel that mess surprised , rooms where large clean and very comfortable. Nice bar and a good menu."

"I used the self checkin and it was pretty quick. My room was quite a trek away and I was relieved the door card worked! There was tea and coffee in the room. It was fairly basic but served the purpose."

"Check-in was quick and staff pleasant. Room was clean and quiet. The Market Garden Grill was terrible …. wait staff took orders fairly quickly but kitchen very slow, and it was far from full. People waited so long they left without getting their meals. My food was cold when it arrived and I sent back only for it to be returned with cold vegetables again. I was asked to start on what was hot and they’d bring more vegetables when cooked. I refused and said if they couldn’t give me a complete hot meal I didn’t want anything and was ready to leave. The manager took the meal to the kitchen and I was served a new meal …. I would not say ‘hot’ but edible …..Very, very disappointing."

"We really enjoyed the convenience of staying at this hotel because we were flying out of Heathrow. Staff was so friendly and helpful. They allowed early check-in and late check-out to accommodate for our awkward flight time…it was much appreciated! Would absolutely stay here again when flying out of London!"
