"I reported to the front desk that someone came into my room when I was not there and stole money out of my room. The front desk staff was not willing to do anything and said they would let their manager know and try to check cameras. They never got back to me. It made me feel very unsafe at this hotel. I have no idea how someone entered my room, I am a young female, and I still had to stay another night in that room alone. Did someone break into my room? Did someone who works there enter my room to steal? I will never know."

"We enjoyed our stay here and it was quite busy with travelers. It was quiet though we were not bothered by the crowds or noise. The laundry room was a bit hard to find there wasn't much signage telling you exactly where it was, it was a little challenging with an app you had to download but we figured it out. "
