"Very happy with hotel. Stayed in the family room which was okfor my 14 & 16 year old, although a bit more space would have been ideal. Staff were super friendly and a great location 10min walk to the zoo"

Our disabled room seemed to lack heated towel rail ? and the cleaner was a little lax.
But would definitely recommend."
