Très mauvais accueil ! Aucun suivi dans les différentes demandes ,besoins! Nous avons solliciter la réception pour un changement d’oreillers,une présence de cafards, un balai que nous avons jamais pu obtenir ! Malgré notre insistance, il n’y a jamais eu de réactions de la part du personnel de l’hôtel ! Nous ne renouvelerons pas notre expérience décevante dans cet établissement et je le déconseille à toute personne qui souhaiterait se rendre à Berlin !
