"Most of the beer in the bar was off. We asked for an extra fan for the room, it didn't turn up. My wife is a vegan, we asked for oatmilk in the room. That didn't arrive either. To cap it all when we left we were told that we had to pay an extra £55.00 as the price we were quoted was less than what it should have been. Won't be stopping here again."

"The room was a little dated and there was a lot of dust, the bathroom was tired and the sealing around the taps was black there was no cold water it was nearly as warm as the hot tap so not very nice for brushing your teeth"

"I would describe the Hotel as functional but dated. It has a good health club, a bar and restaurant and the rooms have what you need. Except aircon which in this current heatwave was sorely missed. My side of the building had the afternoon sun beating down on it and because the curtains were not drawn it was like walking into an oven and it stayed like this all night. The Staff are all great and look after you well. If the Hotel had a face lift and it was modernised it would be a fantastic...

"Full of old character. Staff were very polite and helpful. The food was to a high standard and the full English breakfast was 10/10. On site parking was good. I would thoroughly recommend the Falcon as a good base for a stay in or near Bromyard. It's not 5-star luxury, but that doesn't matter. I have used it before and will use it again."

Everything is lovely and clean, staff, for the most part are pleasant and professional - I say for the most part - on our latest visit, we ordered a wine spritzer and specified soda, not lemonade and a half pint of pepsi. We got a spritzer with lemonade and a full pint of pepsi but it was soon sorted. We have had 4 different rooms out of the 5 that there are, and only one of them was what I would class as too small even for a standard...

"Gorgeous lodge that is really remote that it feels like a little private area. Very clean, close to other food places. Hot tub so lovely and warm. Nicely fenced off or closed off with hedges."

They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. "Ok stay but the pictures oversold. The room wasn’t clean and we had one desk fan between four of us in the heat. Also the pool area wasn’t very clean, and the food at dinner was over cooked. The staff, however, were super friendly."

We have stayed before and the air conditioning was not working, this problem has not been resolved and the air conditioning and bathroom fan did not work during this stay. This was a problem with temperatures of 30 degrees outside. The hotel is in a convenient location."
