"This is my second visit to this property however, this time my fiance and I was not pleased with the breakfast that was served. It was not worth $19 per person. Also I could not sleep due to my air conditioning not working properly. No one wants to sweat and sleep...very uncomfortable. Customer Service was no help."

"It is problematic that the windows in guest rooms won't open. Being by the sea, hearing the ocean and experiencing the atmosphere of a sea town is lessened if you can't open your windows! The TV in our room was basically nonworking all weekend. Finally, your pillows are really bad. Otherwise, this hotel is historic, located the best of all hotels in town, and fits the vibe of AP really well. The cafe downstairs is great and the staff is wonderful."

"Crowded parking. Plus you must pay for the parking 20 plus dollards. Room toilet was not working. Waited long to fix the toiled. The phone is not picked up in the front. Not complementary breakfast. Kitchen closed at 1130. Pool open at ten am. No time to use the pool if you leave at 11. Just awful."

"Needed an inexpensive to sleep half the night after my 48 hours of flying from Central Asia ended at midnight in Newark. Moved to NYC the next day. Found this place accidentally. Very good small suite. I’ve lived and worked in hotel rooms for months at a time, and this place would be much, much more comfortable for that purpose."
