This home features a convenient self check-in for a smooth and flexible arrival. While we are not on-site, our local team is available if needed. We provide 24-hour guest support for anything that may arise during your stay and are always happy to help when it matters.

A quiet, sleepy little town of Yulan offers woodland views. Eldred is about 10 minutes away and offers essentials at the Peck's Market. Barryville is about 15 minutes away and offers a few restaurants, great views of the Delaware River, and shops.

The house, property and porches are for guests to use and make the most of during their stay. The unfinished basement is accessible for an alternate ground-level entrance after check-in, garbage, laundry, and a Bowflex bike. We simply ask guests to not access the owners closet (locked).

Main Room:
Step into the home from the front entry into our cozy living area with a stone fireplace and an expansive bay window overlooking the wooded lawn. The living area flows into the dining space and kitchen space with views and all the bits and bobs you might need to cook a lovely dinner (or make your own custom coffee - more on that later!)
From this room, sliding doors lead to the back screened in porch with loungers, picnic table and string light ambiance.

Transit can be limited here. There is a bus that can bring you to Port Jervis and car services like Upstate D-tours offer wonderful car service with a smile.

Please note that New York State enforces an annual burn ban each spring (typically March through May), which prohibits outdoor burning, including campfires and fire pits. We kindly ask guests to follow all local regulations during this time.

Wildlife Is Part of the Charm. You may spot deer, turkeys, or even the occasional fox roaming the lawn—just one of the many perks of mountain life! Sometimes you’ll notice droppings outside; they’re harmless and actually great for the soil. Welcome to the countryside!
