"The hotel and staff were very nice. However, I wish there were more nighttime entertainment options, more variety in the daily breakfast menu, and complimentary beverages included with the free dinner. These small changes would make the stay even better!"

"The hotel was amazing! The staff was so warm and accommodating! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury hotel while in Rio."

"hotel located in quiet area so that is a plus and nice view ...garbage around pool passing stuff sims to dont see it.. personally killed pretty big bug in bathroom , for me most annoying was during shower water change its temperature by itself ..hot . cold ..hot ....you can freeze and get burned without touching anything ....limitem English speaking stuff ...maybe 30 %....if you expect worm ...service dont come to Brazil that the first thing :))....but in hotel like Sheraton I would expect...

"Great staff and very clean their systems just had a lot of issues so I had to keep getting my card rescan every time I wanted to go back to room"

"Es un hotel cómodo. La habitación no era tan grande, pero contaba con todo lo necesario para sentirse a gusto. La comida en el desayuno era muy variada, aunque en realidad solo me gustaron los waffles. Lo que más me gustó es que es facilísimo ir a la playa porque está cruzando la calle y alrededor hay varios restaurantes muy ricos 😄 Me parece que la relación costo-beneficio es buena."

"Great."

"Very close to amenities and it’s probably the best place to stay if you want to enjoy the Beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful with our questions. I’m not done with Rio and definitely come back to the Hilton"

"I would definitely look into staying here again. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. It also felt safe - the security there is on point at all times. The express laundry service was great...I also need same day suit and shirt pressing - they got it done before my requested time and had the items hanging in my closet waiting for me. Daily cleaning was excellent. Room service is 24hrs - the food is good and I felt that they had it to my room expeditiously each time that I...

"Great staff."

"Everything was wonderful"

"From the moment you walk in, everything was well arranged. Staff is friendly, hotel has gorgeous art and has a sense of serenity in a bustling city like Rio. It’s worth its 5 stars and awards! The buildings in Santa Teresa are lovely and there are quite a few restaurants in walking distance also close to the Steps. Overall I felt safe in this neighbourhood and I would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"Oceanview is amazing.Staff a wonderful and the place is clean. Breakfast was great"

"We thoroughly enjoyed three days of complete peace and tranquillity at Vila Santa Teresa, staying in a stunning room with breathtaking views over the whole of Rio de Janeiro. This is a very small, intimate hotel with only six or seven rooms, set on a hill surrounded by a beautiful, extensive garden. The entire property is enclosed, offering a wonderful sense of privacy, peace and security. The hotel has a restaurant that we would highly recommend for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food and...
