"The best resort I have even stayed in. The views of the volcano are breathtaking. The grounds are Pristine and full of nature and wildlife. The pool bar was incredible along with all the other bars around the property. There are hot springs all over the property. You feel like you’re in a theme park. The service is top notch and exactly what you would expect at a 5 star resort. I was truly mind blown by this location and we had a great time. I highly recommend staying at the springs resort!"

"Absolutely amazing resort and stay. The staff are so attentive to your needs and beyond friendly. The grounds were beautiful and everything was clean. The resort’s attention to detail is impressive. I would 100% recommend this resort. It’s going to be hard to find another resort like this one - it just set the bar extremely high."

"This was a top notch experience. Great staff, and surprisingly excellent food. Our only disappointment was not being able to get a massage appointment when we were available. In fairness, we only stayed two nights, so there were not many opportunities. We will definitely come back again."

"Incredible property. Exactly as pictured. If you’ve ever been on a 5 star African safari this is the Costa Rican equivalent. Only disappointment was our room didn’t have a volcano view as pictured but the room was incredible nonetheless and the main dining and pool area had a great view of the volcano. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here! One of our favorite places we stayed at! The fire pit and the views were stunning! We got some beautiful photos.
The server in the restaurant I forget his name but he was wonderful as well.
We also did the avocado trail and it was nice but we went a little late so it started getting dark. Def recommend doing it earlier in the day. Overall, very clean and friendly staff. Recommend!"
