"I didn’t like that the pool bar was closed and open on Friday for a limited time. I had some problems with my room and didn’t understand how housekeeping didn’t address. However, when I did they took care of the problem quickly. I found some of the staff not to be friendly. They ran out of towels for the pool quickly. "It was not my idea of an all inclusive hotel. The food was cooked to order and if you wanted seconds you had to wait for it to be cooked. We arrived at the Hotel at 4:00pm after a 4 and a half hour flight and was told that there were no food to eat and dinner would not start until 7:00pm. We had to pay 3 US dollars a bottle for extra water for the room. The staff at dinner were amazing. The food was ok . We wind up eating off property several days"
