"I am extremely disappointed with how my son and I were treated during our stay at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia. What should have been an enjoyable father-and-son trip ended with us being accused of smoking, threatened with a $500 cleaning fee, and banned from the property. I was taking a hot shower while my son was asleep when the hotel’s smoking detection system reportedly registered an alert. Neither of us had smoked in the room. Despite explaining this to staff, we were told that their...

"Overall, the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing is a beautiful hotel with a lot of potential. My experience was a mix of positives and areas that I feel could use some improvement. The valet service was excellent! The staff was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which was a great first impression. "Nice stay"

"Beautiful hotel, very quiet and peaceful with nice staff and amenities."

"It was very noisy. There needs to be door seals between adjoining rooms so that loud conversations aren’t heard. It made it hard to get a good nights sleep. Hotel needs updating also."

"The water in the bathroom was very cold and took a very long time to warm up. Plus they charge me for the WiFi which was supposed to be free."

"This place was super cute, great location, clean and we loved that you could watch Tv from the bed if you wanted to. But best of all the ability to text any communications and they answered right back, and did their best to help with issues or questions… 5 stars"

"Had a great stay place was very modern and clean"
