"Clean room, great staff, fab bar and good pizza. Breakfast could have been a bit better. Overall a great place."

"Breakfast was included, basic. Girls friendly and helpful. I had two evening meals, didn’t enjoy at all. They need a new cook! I choose to eat elsewhere afterwards. Rooms were clean , phone didn’t work. Asked for help with luggage upon leaving, didn’t come. I managed myself. Staff at desk should learn to speak English. WHY ARE YOU CHARGING FOR SERVICES, GRATUITIES FOR HOTEL SERVICE. ROOM RATES ARE HIGH , SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO PAY YOUR STAFF."

"Great location, lovely reception staff. The breakfast is really good."

"Hotel is in a great location, staff are very helpful and accommodating. Room was very spacious. Having a breakfast option was really useful and there was a reasonable selection. Roof terrace was a nice feature."

"Pillow were bad. Room was very noisy. Could hear the neighbors. Not enough hot water to run a bath. No free amenities"

"Nice to have breakfast included. Air conditioning was very cold in the rooms. Cleaning in rooms not done very well. Not many amenities offered. Nice modern hotel but not the most comfortable."

"Very small and dirty hotel. Terrible sound insulation. Not worth for this price."

Then, there was just a sheet on the bed (no blankets or duvets) (this was end of October!) and when we asked for one, the receptionist said they had run out of these. Lastly, theA/C unit started sending very cold air at midnight, waking us up! Overall, we were very disappointed in this hotel."

"Everything is great"

"It was fine , staff was not very friendly At desk or breakfast"

"The Spring House Hotel Rome Vatican, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, was a fantastic choice for my visit to Rome! The location is excellent, especially for anyone planning to explore Vatican City, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Vatican Museums. What makes this hotel particularly appealing is the convenience of being close to some of Rome’s most incredible historical and cultural attractions. It’s a great home base for experiencing the beauty, history, and atmosphere of this extraordinary...
