The property is right across from the Vatican so if you have plans to tour then it's convenient. There are lots of shops and restaurants around. The only downside we had was the room was very small, bed was hard as a rock and the walls are paper thin so we did not sleep well.

Beautiful small boutique hotel across the street from the Vatican! The location could not be any better to sight see from! The only downsides were the rooftop terrace was closed where there was a beautiful bar and the restaurant only served a buffet breakfast. It was nice but would have been nice to stay in hotel and have dinner or room service. Will stay again it is charming!

Maria at check in was amazing and continues to help us throughout the entire trip! The location was perfect, very walkable and had a nearby metro station. The AC was strong and much needed during our summer stay. I would highly recommend this place

The location could not be better, steps away from St. Francis, however it was a challenge following GPS and driving through the narrow pedestrian filled streets to get there. Staff went overboard to accommodate our visit.

Breakfast was expensive considering choices were limited. I stayed at the hotel behind it last year and I got much more for 10 euros only. The cleaning crew is very friendly and has kept the room clean. The location is very good.

The staff was great and helped us along the way with airport transfers. The hotel is quaint and beautiful. Olga was so helpful with everything we needed and was super friendly the whole time. She suggested a lovely dinner spot close by and provided us with a walking map. The hotel was located right next to the Vatican, lots of restaurants and shops close by. I will definitely stay here next time we are in Rome!
