"In general, the hotel was great - it's a great location, the rooms were comfortable, and the amenities were spectacular. Having complimentary streaming services available on the in-room televisions were a first for me and very impressive. The main reason I'm withholding a star is that during check-in, there was a large line of guests waiting to check in and there was not enough staff available to attend to everyone. A great way to end a busy day before going out to dinner. Wish they did that through the weekend! There was a mix up on our reservation but the hotel resolved it to our satisfaction. We were on a high floor corner room and the views were spectacular!"

"Staff was kind and helpful. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was the best I ever had. Was planning on going swimming but the whole time I was there it was under maintenance. I booked the stay 11 months ago and at that time it was under maintenance also."

"The service in the breakfast area was somewhat slow. The server was very nice (I don't think the delay was her problem.) The other services were excellent. The pool was an added perk!"

"Excellent location, very nice hotel"

"The hotel is gorgeous and elaborate. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the valet was great. We enjoyed our stay very much and want to return soon."

"The valet workers were so helpful and friendly. They were in charge of storing bags and getting cars and always worked to quickly get whatever we needed. I love that the hotel had umbrellas for us to borrow!"
