"The two male bartenders weren’t friendly. They seemed miserable and like they didn’t want to be there. I would definitely recommend hiring better bartenders to draw in more customers."

"In the center of downtown so that was amazing. The staff is really helpful. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Great hot water and pressure was good. A/C is good but limits it to lowest setting of 65 degrees. You have to pay for valet parking, but it was expected due to being in a busy downtown area. Lots of good food options nearby. A 10-12 minute walk to Union Station which was nice. I will definitely be back again!"

"Beautiful historic hotel! Staff were helpful, room was cozy and well decorated, history was so interesting. Palace in arms was a great experience! Love the live piano in the lobby, wonderful memories made here."

"The facilities themselves are very clean and contemporary. The room was very comfortable and very up-to-date. I was initially concerned about the noise, being so close to the airport itself, but I heard virtually nothing. The soundproofing was excellent. It was the perfect place to stay having a early morning flight the next day. Most of the other airport hotels we’re 5 to 8 miles away from the actual terminal and this helped to avoid the hassle of morning shuttles. It couldn’t have been any...

"Clean room; Panzano is a great on-site restaurant and bar. Suite was very spacious."

"Been here twice! It's got a good location, nice rooms with comfy beds and a pretty big tv, plus a small fridge as you'd expect. Fitness room with treadmills and weight machines, and a game room with ski ball and a few other games. There's a restaurant on site but I haven't eaten there. It's very affordable, the staff is nice and there's a convenient parking garage as well. I recommend!"

"Stayed 4 nights for a work trip so I can’t comment on the amenities and really just slept there. Room was comfortable and I had no complaints. Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful. The restaurant, Fire, on the other hand, did not have great service. went to get a bite to eat before they closed; confirmed they were still serving food and it was ok if I sat outside. Service was poor although it was just me and another table that was finishing up. I had to get up and go inside after 15...

"We'll stay at Cambria again when we have a concert to attend at The Mission Ballroom. The hotel is totally clean and nice....but located in a bit of "no man's land" in what we feel is a bit of a soulless post-industrial neighborhood with high-rise apartments but little else. Very few restaurants and shops. Not exactly quaint."

"Very clean place, staff was nice and great hosts, especially the employee Shade, dude needs a raise lol"

"amazing staff"
