"The breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here! We booked the hotel because of the advertised hotel airport shuttle since our flight was in the middle of the night, however this ended up being a paid service that was more expensive than ordering a taxi or uber. We found this to be misleading. "

"The location of this hotel is fantastic if you’re staying in Milan. You’re within walking distance of all the main attractions in the core, including just a five-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I speak and understand Italian, but it’s worth noting that the staff also speak English quite well. Makes the experience even more comfortable for international travellers. The included breakfast was excellent. A great way to start the day. I also appreciated that they didn’t rush guests. One morning I arrived a bit later and there was no pressure at all, which was greatly appreciated. While the rooms are slightly dated, they are still very comfortable and most importantly clean. I had no complaints whatsoever. Overall, I would absolutely consider staying here again on a future trip to Milan and would recommend it to others visiting the city."
