"Loved the clean room, wonderful lobby and work area as well as gym"

"Staff was helpful and friendly, you are able to send your luggage from the front desk. Breakfast was good. Ver close to a train station."

"The hotel’s location is convenient for shopping, the main train station and well connected to metro, train and buses. Very clean, enthusiastic staff"

"Stay was comfortable and good. But halal food was not considered in the buffet, and the hotel was missing a prayer room, I asked for a room to pray while waiting for check-in, staff did not help."

"The room had a really unpleasant smell, which was disappointing. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected more amenities. Other hotels with fewer stars, offer things such as a snack area and an espresso machine for guests to use. Be aware that this hotel charges an additional tourist tax due to its location, so factor that into your budget to avoid any surprises at checkout. Overall, I was pretty disappointed, especially after staying at The Lively in Tokyo, which set the bar much higher....

"Rooms are nicely appointed. Shower and tub combination is spacious. Lounge is wonderful and well worth it!"

"Excellent hotel, but it’s near a very busy tourist area"

"Hotel was beautifully decorated and rooms were spacious- especially having spent previous nights in smaller rooms elsewhere. The hotel is a bit further from train stations but hotel has a shuttle available every hour that made it very easy to go back and forth. Would def stay again."

"Helpful staff. Great location. Large room."

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend it to others. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!"
