"Everything was great"

"The hotel advertises a swimming pool and when we asked where we could find it that’s when they told us there is no pool. Apparently there has not been a pool in years. Another issue was the room we were given was nothing like the one in the photos. Not happy at all with their false advertising. Lastly I do not recommend their breakfast buffet which is just slightly above what you get at other hotels with complimentary breakfast. Sorry Hyatt but it was a disappointing experience."

"The Ambassador Gold Coast is a once great hotel in decline. We checked into a room with a clogged toilet. The carpeting had been replaced with laminate. And there was no comfortable chair, only a hard-seated cane chair. The handyman who was sent to clear the toilet came to our rescue and got us moved to another room. It also had no carpeting, but there was a comfortable enough small sofa and a working toilet. Early risers will be aghast to find no coffee until 7 am. The hotel provided a...
