"The staff were amazing, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The location is very close to the sea, which gives the hotel a real resort-like atmosphere. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay."
"Definitely a gem in this cute seaside town. Host was so nice and helpful telling us about things to do in the area. The spa was awesome as well. Love the common areas as well. Room and beds were super comfy and well maintained."
"Poor shower design flooded bathroom
On our first breakfast, buffet service disorganized. Yoghurt bowl empty, no fruit, ran out of cups, no marmalade etc The staff run off their feet but taking the flack from residents politely."
"We absolutely loved our stay here, every member of staff was friendly and exceptionally professional, Emma on reception was absolutely wonderful. Very enjoyable meals, spa was great. Beautiful and convenient location, I'd happily stay again."
"Very friendly and efficient checkin. Spacious clean room with very comfortable bed. No AC but fan provided in room due to warm weather. Very good cooked breakfast made to order, Excellent dinner in fine dining restraurant."
"Stayed overnight for a wedding at the hotel. Beautiful old hotel, lovely clean and spacious room, friendly helpful staff, and well kept lovely gardens/grounds. Can’t fault anything really! Would definitely stay again and would recommend."
"Well it was weird, felt like I was the only one in the hotel... No one at desk when I arrived, had to message on the expedia website to have someone come over to get my key... Saw no one the rest of my Time there. Weird... But clean and it did
the job."
"Everything was excellent and we very much enjoyed our visit. Beautiful spot but about a 15 minute walk from Ventnor. Buses are very frequent in Ventnor but taxis are not so easy to get hold of so a car is possibly a bonus if your mobility is not great."
