"Breakfast was okay and functional and staff was friendly. Location is quite possibly the best as it’s steps from the Water Tower, the dock and the Bridges. My one complaint was the AC. The room was so hot at night, borderline insufferable and all I got was “sorry city doesn’t allow us to use the AC as it’s still winter (in April)” after I had already checked out. Well I would have offered a manual fan or anything, not just silence and then sorry. "

"فندق جيد جداً يبعد عن السنتر 10 دقايق مشي غسيل الملابس عندهم سيء لم تغسل جيد لدرجه ان بقع الشكولاته على ملابس الاطفال على وضعها لاكن عموم الفندق زين. "

"طاقم العمل جداً متعاون ولطيف تم توفير تذكرة الباص مجاناً مدة الاقامة الغرف نظيفة ولاكن مساحة الغرفة جداً صغيرة وسط مدينة لوسيرن قريب من الفندق تستطيع الذهاب له مشياً تقريباً 10 الى 15 دقيقة مشياً ولاكن مع تذكرة الباص اسهل ولا تريد المشي او استخدام السياره شكراً لتعامل طاقم الاستقبال الراقي جداً"
