"Excellent hotel. I wouldn't change anything about it except the phone system, which is why I didn't give it five stars. I called from the airport for the shuttle several times and each time the call was disconnected. When I finally got through to the menu and chose operator I was put on hold for 10 minutes, after which time I gave up."
