"Hotel is fairly new so modern and clean. Housekeeping staff missed things some days. No drawers for clothes but other than that the location is excellent for exploring the main things in the city. The breakfast is nice but coffee machines weren’t up to snuff when the room got busy."
"Very kind, helpful staff. They helped us understand the city and informed us about amenities the hotel offers, such as showing my room key at certain restaurants for a discount. We also left very early morning, and they were very helpful in booking us a taxi to pick us up outside the hotel at 3am to take us the Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The room was very clean and comfortable, and was equipped with a small kitchenette (sink, plates, cutlery, fridge, etc)"
"Nice hotel in the Wirral. Nice facilities such as Bar, restaurant, gym pool etc however gym and pool isn’t included in the stay, you have to pay extra and also parking you have to pay extra.
Staff weren’t particularly helpful, I had to ask about the pool and had to ask about breakfast times, they didn’t tell us anything until I asked.
Room was spacious but too hot and no air con.
Bath needed a rinse before I could use it"
"The waterfront is a man made lake and not the sea. The sea was a long way off in the distance over estuary sand.
Beach is a car ride away. So not a beach holiday place.
Posher, with pleasant promenade on the lakeside and also seafront overlooking very long promenade - currently closed.

Hotel is central and resort is lovely."
"Air con didn’t work, ask staff, was given instructions, which were actually incredible, do this, do that, then wait 10 mins and it should start! Well it didn’t, tried 3 times, so did they, no joy.
No hot water for a shower, was told to let it run, I kid you not, 8 mins it took before it went warm, 8 mins.
I like Radisson, but won’t stay here again. It was cheap, but for we paid, it was poor value"
"Breakfast. Not one slice of gluten free bread in hotel. Only gluten free options bacon eggs and yoghurt and prunes. I went for the latter.
The hotel is set in the wonderful art deco ex air terminal but that’s where the good stuff ends.
