"How did Expedia give this hotel a 9.0 rating? We stayed in room 301 for 4 sleepless nights due to an excessive amount of noise. The ceiling creaked from movement overhead which made it impossible to sleep. Additionally, the TVs along with people talking and sneezing could be heard from other rooms. The hotel provided earplugs and a sound machine - which didn’t help eliminate the loud noises. The under staffed front desk prevented us from requesting a room change - there either was no one there...
