Hand shower was not working. I was not able to take a shower. The ceiling was looking bad. No trash can. Refregerator was working l so we put our food in garbage. That was terrible experience i will never go there again. How come it is 4 star. So ridiciluous.

I recently stayed at the Doubletree in Schaumburg, Illinois, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was convenient, and the hotel itself had a welcoming atmosphere. However, I was a little disappointed that I couldn't access all the television channels I expected, such as CBS and NBC. This minor issue didn't overshadow the rest of my stay, but it would have been nice to have access to a wider range of channels. Despite this small setback, I would still highly recommend the Doubletree Schaumburg for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and overall pleasant stay.
