"There were issues with incorrect charging of my account and my room not being ready on time — the the staff is above par - Ryan that works in the restaurant and pool , and the lady who works the restaurant (I so wish I had got her name, but I bet Ryan can tell you ) were wonderful (even while being overwhelmed and understaffed. Ryan was our waiter by the pool, then after he was scheduled to be off by 6 , remained our waiter until 8, then as we moved in to the restaurant , was still our waiter...

"There were no outlets in the bathroom making it difficult to use appliances in there. There was a steamer but no iron. Perhaps someone could ask for these things but for the amount we paid per night, it was disappointing."

"Cromwell Manor Inn is a beautiful converted mansion built in the 1760s in upstate New York. Right across from summer camps and nature walks, the peaceful natural environment is like having a front row seat to a nature show. The grounds are beautiful, with mature trees, soft grass, and beautiful flowers. It is like something out of a historical painting. During our stay, we were hosted in a blue guest house just at the entrance of the drive. I imagine it must have been the caretaker's residence...
