"It was a very mixed stay, although overall it was positive. The first room we were given was very dirty. The walls in particular were yellow and marked, including hand prints on the walls and mould on the curtains (pictured attached). The room was very hot and the window didn't open - no air conditioning either. It was quite small and cramped. Premier inn would have been a lot better. "Very good location just off Hayling Island causeway, good buffet breakfast! Room was very clean and staff helpful."

The room had a frosted sky light over the bed do it was very bright early morning. There were only 4 channels on the TV and you had to pay £5 to use the pool. The hotel is quite dated"
