"We had a great week here. Nice light and attractive property and we enjoyed the outdoor area very much. The owners very nice. Great location as near the Weald and Down Museum as well as Fishborne Roman Palace and Chichester. Well decorated and in perfect condition. Had most things we needed though more comfortable sofas and a larger tv would be nice. Would not recommend for a three generation group as the house can be quite noisy as it is all open plan. Would stay again as we loved it."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Elm Lodge, in particular its situation in a peaceful, wooded area where we were able to watch spring unfold and observe many varieties of birds. The lodge was clean, comfortable and well equipped and in a great location for visiting Bosham and the surrounding area. This was our second visit and we will be returning!"

"Nice bed and mattress, large room with nice furniture, and the included breakfast had a nice selection and was pretty tasty. Staff sorted early check in to let me change for a wedding, no issues. Free parking."

"Although it is a beautiful big house I felt that for the price paid it lacked some refinements, i.e (1) there were no bedside table lamps in four of the bedrooms (2) the bedding was inferior as the quilts on the double beds were wafer thin (3) the fan in the family bathroom was very noisy so had to turn it off (4) there were no coffee/side tables in the lounge to put your drinks on (5) there was no wardrobe/hanging space for clothes in one of the en-suite bedrooms (6) Sink plug doesn’t work in kitchen sink BUT apart from these few gripes, which I hope is constructive criticism for you, we had a really lovely time celebrating my son’s 40th birthday and the house was very welcoming and in a good location. I would recommend it with the above changes. Many thanks."

"The cottage was a very conveniently located stay and provided the space for us, a family with 2 children. The space was large enough for us all with a decent sized kitchen space and comfortable bedrooms. The parking is plentiful and finding the place easy. entrance was also straight forward. The house was well equipped in the most part and there was plenty of items to help with meal prep etc. although we did feel a few extra kitchen items would have been useful to aid the stay, in particular and extra oven shelf as there is only one, we felt like there was one missing, and also there were no dishwasher tablets which was disappointing. The bedrooms were comfortable and having two separate bathrooms also beneficial with plenty of hot water. The sitting room was spacious and it was nice having the ease of access to the garden. The TV while not really for us but for the kids was an older design and would benefit from being upgraded. The location is great with easy access into Chichester and then into the South Downs. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend it."

"We had a fantastic weekend at this property, the swimming pool being a game changer. Only issue we had was that the sofa beds were uncomfortable but this did not stop us having a lovely time. Check in was perfect and everything was very clean."
