"The cottage was lovely, spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff in the pub were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended as a place to stay and eat."

"The house is clean and pleasant. There is very little wrong with it and the location is nice. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back and would certainly recommend the rental. Things that could be even better - a bit picky but here they are... The beds are a bit soft and new mattresses would be good. The TV was pretty difficult to use and may need reconfiguring - or it might be me! The parking is OK but not particularly user friendly and the barn is a bit dilapidated. The walk to the woods is pretty scary as the lane is used by motorists that seem perpetually wanting to speed and seem genuinely surprised that anyone would walk along the lane. I realise there is not much the owners can do... unless it was possible to create private access via the field margin behind the properties."

"Very nice chalet indeed. I was only there for one night as i was working in the hospital. And sadly didn't get much chance to look around the farm and animals. But the chalets are set in beautiful surroundings. Inside the chalets there is a small but functional kitchenette with fridge, microwave a plug in hob and all the utensils you could need. Also some breakfast cereals, milk and a loaf of bread which are complimentary. I received an email from Kerri explaining everything in the surrounding area pubs, restaurants and much more. Definitely worth a visit, i would definitely stay there again and would love to take my wife. I think it would be perfect for families with children."

"This is a lovely, spacious house finished to a high spec. Check in was easy and Gemma was a great host, with good communication. The one thing is, we paid extra for the hot tub and it wasn't hot enough to use on check in day, which was disappointing as it was only a 2 night stay. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Elm Lodge, in particular its situation in a peaceful, wooded area where we were able to watch spring unfold and observe many varieties of birds. The lodge was clean, comfortable and well equipped and in a great location for visiting Bosham and the surrounding area. This was our second visit and we will be returning!"

"Beautiful terraced cottage in a lovely quiet village. Wonderful kitchen and bathroom. Pet friendly. The River Em runs right through the back garden. A super cute and comfortable stay. We will be back with friends! "

"Although it is a beautiful big house I felt that for the price paid it lacked some refinements, i.e (1) there were no bedside table lamps in four of the bedrooms (2) the bedding was inferior as the quilts on the double beds were wafer thin (3) the fan in the family bathroom was very noisy so had to turn it off (4) there were no coffee/side tables in the lounge to put your drinks on (5) there was no wardrobe/hanging space for clothes in one of the en-suite bedrooms (6) Sink plug doesn’t work in kitchen sink BUT apart from these few gripes, which I hope is constructive criticism for you, we had a really lovely time celebrating my son’s 40th birthday and the house was very welcoming and in a good location. I would recommend it with the above changes. Many thanks."
