"A very nice hotel but staff was late for us and we had to wait to check in for about 30 minutes with no one at the counter. We arrived at 7ish, well after check in time. This could have absolutely been an emergency that we weren’t privy to. There is one ice maker at the bottom floor for use and drinking glasses were limited in the room.
