"Muy buenas instalaciones y el personal súper amable"

"Great location. Great staff. But, the rooms and bathrooms need a serious upgrade. The old, dirty shower curtains and bathtubs has to go. It needs a serious renovation. The Deck restaurant on the 3rd floor was nice. Breathtaking views. The Coffee shop in the lobby was also nice. The Zoo is right across the street. Beach two steps away."

"Pleaseee do not come here. It greatly priced and looks like a good deal but it’s the complete opposite. We stayed 6 days the view was nice, but when we left and checked out we got hit with $1000 in fees days later???? Keep in mind we just slept and showered there??? Kept everything clean and only used one bed. It was a nice stay but the hidden fees and no parking made it a huge no for us. They only had 60$ a night valet parking and don’t offer parking for guest. Towards the end of our stay the...

"Clean place with super friendly staff."

"We had rented the room with 3 queen beds. The room was nice, except we had ants on the 9th floor. On the second day the ants were worse so I went to the front desk and they immediately moved us to the 14th floor. When I went to the room to check before we started moving in, I opened up the sofa bed, the 3rd queen bed in the room, and there was a note under the cushion saying do not open the bed, ask for a rollaway bed. Well I didn’t spend $5k to have someone sleeping on a rollaway bed, so back...

"Great staff. Really nice and well maintained property."

"Many upsides and drawbacks. Staff were lovely. Rooms large, comfortable bed, hot shower. Intensely loud drum music next door from 5:30-7:30 pm nightly. Included breakfast really lame. Coffee and bagel in crowded cafe with no seating available. Excellent bar with happy hour snacks in lobby on weekdays. Good location short walk to beach."

"The property was nice. The room would have been better if the little windows in the bathroom that lead to the room were actually shut or closed off, you can hear everything in the bathroom, just saying. The hot water in both water dispensers were not working. The pool area was very nice and access to the beach was close by."
