"The house keeping staff was wonderful!"
Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach
8/10 Good
"Our experience was great but we did not know they were doing a paint job so we weren’t allowed to go into our balcony. We found out the day we checked in. They can also upgrade on their pillows as it wasn’t that comfortable. Also hotel parking was full so we had to park across the street everyday."
OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I liked how house keeping came every other day. Elevators were easy to use and not as crowded as other hotels. Cafe/bar downstairs was yummy"

What's the difference between 5-star and 4-star hotels in Honolulu?
If you choose to spend your vacation at a 4-star hotel in Honolulu, you'll typically find lots of amenities to keep you comfortable, such as a pool, restaurant and gym. You can experience high-quality service and upmarket surroundings. Opt for a 5-star hotel and you'll have access to a few extra perks — think on-site spas, around-the-clock concierge and nightly turndown services. You're likely to get additional amenities and premium services at a 5-star retreat, but both are superb options for luxury travelers.
