We had a beautiful bathroom with double sink and dreamy Elemis toiletries which smelt divine . "No parking facility for single room occupancy was inconvenient and had to leave car in a nearby exposed housing estate and walk back. Check-in was confusing with key boxes on the wall for each room, but access is via the key coded digital front door lock. The hidden digital locks on the room door handles can be confusing for new arrivals. Room was basic and very noisy at street level, with only wooden blinds that let light in. "Was working at Lincolnshire showground and needed to a last min place to stay. Although 8 miles away its one straight road to where we needed to be. Great price, nice location and a pub across the road with good food. Didnt have the breakfast as we were out by 6:30. Parking in site. Decent shower, large room."
