Not enough room for parking unless you have a small car.Code key system for room very hit and miss. Very nice room when you get in,clean and spacious.

Location was OK, quiet parking provided. Unfortunately electronic entrance keypad system faulty. Late check in from 4pm, took till nearly 5pm to get in after calling out engineer. Really stressfull experience. System was still clunky took 4 attempts to get back into accommodation later on in the evening.

Next to the main road so extremely noisy at night. Also next to the police station so lots of cars and sirens in the middle of the night. Poor night's sleep! Would not recommend. Otherwise clean and staff online were helpful.

Clean, comfortable room, with enough food for a good breakfast. A little out of the centre of Lincoln, maybe 1 mile, which if your happy with then this property offers excellent value for money.

Not the greatest start to our stay in Lincoln. Link to the check in codes / guide didn’t work so had to call the helpline who were far from helpful when we were trying to figure out what parking space to go into. We had room 8 and they said to park at bay 8 which didn’t even exist!!!! How do the hotel staff not know this about their own hotel? Took a while for them to finally tell us which bay to park in. The curtains are also paper thin and let in so much light in the morning. Which is great if you like waking up at 6am. On a positive it was clean and tidy and there was little noise from other guests. The fridge was a nice touch. However probably won’t stay here again. 3 stars.

The Room, itself, was clean and comfortable and the stuff, left for breakfast, was appreciated plus plenty of tea, sugar and milk. Tennyson is also well located. My only issue was getting into the property itself; the door seemed to stick.

Perfect stay, very cozy, clean and would definitely recommend. Very nice facilities, couldn’t fault on the location and convenient parking and very close to the town centre. Hosts were easily available to contact and very accommodating.
