"Uncomfortable room. No clothing storage. Bed was low and night stand only on one side. Air heating and cooling not functioning properly. Phone call for service answered by AI then transferred to phone that no one answers. Check in took about an hour and desk agent was unfriendly. Only 1 office chair to sit on in the room. Very LOW END experience "

"Room needed touch up on peeling wallpaper, previous bathroom repair around the tub was shoddy. Tub/shower & floor grout need to be cleaned, musty odor (possibly from carpet). Wonderful bed!!! Staff very friendly and helpful!!"

But there is no real lobby, a $300 incidental charge was taken at the beginning of check in which we had no prior knowledge of, no free breakfast, room service, the kitchen closes very early, no free basic feminine products, everything was extremely overpriced, and there were barely any amenities. If I could do this trip again, I would absolutely never stay here again. "
