"The parking was really far away and the parking lot was so full that we had to park at the very back of the parking lot and lug our heavy bags from there to the hotel. We could not park in front of the hotel because they only had valet. Also parking fees are very expensive, 40 dollars a night with resort fees as well. You think you are getting a good deal on the price of the hotel per night, but that does not account for all the "extra fees"."

"Such a cute place. I loved my daughter had her own room across from us, it was perfect. Staff was friendly and all our food from the pool was good as well!"

"Very good condition, accessible lovely team"

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable overall. The only minor issues were a stain and a hair on the pillowcase, which could have been changed, and the bathroom could have used a little more cleaning. Other than that, everything was fine, and I enjoyed my stay. I appreciate the good service and will definitely be coming back! 😊"

"ممتازه وقريب من جميع الفعاليات"

"Overall, the staff was excellent or room was very musty smelling and we had to cover the tub with towels to prevent the smell from the Jets that caused allergies for me"

"Perfect hotel to stay in when visiting Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure with fast pass."

"Love it"

"Several days w/o room service. Unfortunate. Was n̈ot pleased but nothing to do about it but complain. For the cost of room they could afford to hire decent help."

"honestly a 10/10 i would definitely go there again !!"
