"The room I was given was miles away from the lobby, felt like I was shoved in the corner of a neighbouring hotel that had been merged into this hotel. The pool system is odd. I stayed one night and was informed I could not use the pool because I had checked out. Breakfast was okay, nothing amazing. I did not find the staff to be helpful. At check in, I was not informed where breakfast was or how the pool booking system worked, so had to come back to reception to check on those things and stand...

"Is a beautiful property and the location is excellent. Only one bad thing. Our bathroom shower door didn’t close so every day we were using towels to dry the floor. It was a lot of water and a hard process. We informed the front desk staff but nothing was done. They only sent more towels to dry the floor"
