I recommend this hotel stay for travelers needing a one night stay before the next leg of their journey. One item that must be addressed is that shuttle instructions on the internet/website are outdated. The pickup location for the bus shuttle is not at the onboarding stations across from door 8 of the Jetstar terminal. It is not...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, albeit too short! We had the suite which not only had the 2 beds we hoped for, but a wonderful living space and a huge bathroom! The bathrobes and slippers were the icing on the cake! Thanks for wonderful service and accommodation - we highly recommend! "

"We arrived very late, but there was someone to help us at the front desk. He was very nice and very helpful and gave excellent instructions. The libby was very neat and clean and elegantly decorated. Once we got into our room, we found it to be exactly as advertised, and very clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable and we enjoyed a lovely nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again if given the opportunity."

"客室、フルキッチン、バスルームには洗濯機・乾燥機がついていてとても便利でした。スパークアリーナのイベントのために滞在したのですが、向かいでしたので夜遅くに帰ってくるときも安心でした。 ホテル１階のカフェは朝ごはんも美味しく、ホテルのお店にしては値段もリーズナブルで良かったです。夜は周辺にお店はすべて閉まってしまいますが、カフェの前のショウケースにサンドイッチやデニッシュなどが置いてあり、夜中でもフロントの人に言えば買うことが出来ます。 １点だけ不満があるとすればWi-Fiがとても不安定で、部屋で使っていても途切れたり、ものすごく遅くなる時があり、結局使えないことが多く、仕事をしなければいけない時はとても大変で、改善してほしいです。"
