Great service overall. The staff was very charming and friendly. Nice live music at the lounge. The complementary gifts for my wife and I for our anniversary were very appreciated. Definitely, worth to plan a future visit, perhaps during summer time. The food was very tasty.

It looked and felt like we were on a cruise liner. Beautiful views from our balcony. Excellent staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We ate out for a couple of dinners but then ate at the hotel, and then did that every night thereafter - the food was wonderful

The staff were super helpful when we arrived to check in close to mid night. We wanted to book on a tour at the last min and the team tried to arrange it for us as best as they can, and the recommended tour was well organised with excellent service as recommended. Breakfast choice suits all of us with best view from the pier. Not to mention, sunrise from the harbour view room was spectacular! Sunset from the linked first floor deck outside was great.
