Wonderful restaurants, shopping, and the ferry were all near by. Definitely would recommend taking a food/bar tour around the city. Highly recommend taking a day trip to Hobbiton as well.

Most meal and bar outlets are not in main building but across a small adjoining lane way which wasn't explained and I didn't discover until breakfast. So dinner was somewhere else. Fabulous view of the CBD and the Sky Tower from the 13th floor. Washer and Dryer was useful. But a couple of dirty towels was left behind in the dryer. Also the bed runner was very dirty, but thankfully the rest of the bed was ok.
