"The restroom design is odd and a bit unsanitary. The toilet lid won’t stay up and the toilet flushes right at the hand towel. The room was small but comfortable. No fridge in room. The parking instructions for the partner garage were confusing and unfortunately we ended up overpaying."

"Do not stay here if you plan on needing the air conditioning after it gets cold outside. We checked in at 3:30pm. The temperature in the room was 74 degrees. Turned on the air conditioning to 64 and left the room. When we returned at 11:00 at night it was 76 degrees in our room. Front desk brought a fan up, but the employee who did agreed how it it was and they moved our room at 11:30 at night, so we had to pack all our stuff and move to a room that the air didn’t work in either, but had a...

"Clean Room"

"Such a nice greeting with a warm cookie. Room was comfortable & it was so nice being able to grab a drink or snack in the lobby. Friends staying across the street at a much more expensive hotel had to come to my/this hotel to get food and drinks as theirs had nothing for their diabetic guest."

"Another wonderful stay at The Study! The hotel is beautifully maintained and the front desk staff are always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location is excellent. I’ve stayed here many times, and the experience is consistently great. Highly recommend!"

"Staff is efficient. Great breakfast. Coffee and tea available all the time. Location is excellent, near most of the attractions. Room spacious with kicthen. Great stay overall!"

"The room ceiling should have been more nicely done. The phone was not working to contact the service."

The biggest issue was the excessive noise during the night. Around 3–4 AM, we could clearly hear loud noises coming from the guests upstairs and from the hotel hallways. The noise was very disturbing and made it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. Another issue was the extremely low water pressure in the shower, which made showering quite...

"Good location, nicely appointed rooms, helpful staff."

"The hotel was very comfortable. I had a nice kitchen and sitting area"

"Very nice hotel. Room was updated and modern. Nice restaurant and gym."
