"Check in the first night went very smoothly, we were supposed to stay at a different hotel the next night but this place was much nicer than expected so we extended our stay. Our only complaint was the breakfast we paid extra for, Food was not good at all and the wait to get assistance in the buffet area was frustrating. Other than this everything else was good. I’d book another stay and recommend to others."

"For a minimum 5 nights hotel, I'd expect they would send someone to clean at least once during our 8 nights stay. They only collected garbage. Besides that, the hotel delivers what it promises. The region was great, we could explore the area around, and visit the bigger cities by train."

"Upon arrival they have us keys to our room. Once we walked in the rooms was not cleaned. The receptionist did resolve this by giving us another room, however my Daughters room was not ready until after 4 although check in was at 3:00. Otherwise no complaints"

"We booked this hotel because it has an outdoor pool. When we got there, front desk person said pool was open until 9pm. When we went to try to use the pool, gate was locked. We went to check with the front desk and another receptionist said pool is closed and will not open at all during our stay. I would not have booked this hotel had I known pool was closed."
