"The front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. We do not speak French, and had an emergency where we needed two different taxis going different directions, we had no idea where to even start. She just picked up the phone and started calling for us and found each of us one right away. They also asked the kitchen at the connected restaurant to let us in before they closed as we got in late the night before. The food was amazing, by the way! The best cheeseburger we've ever had. "The hotel is perfect for a snow trip. Ski in and out, excelente breakfast and dinner (half board), ski lockers and acomodations. There are laisy chairs in front of the hotel with Amazing views for a drink or a coffee after ski. Also a little bar window with crepes. Belle Plagne is the coziest Place in the area. 10 out of 10.

"Not as good as last year in a few areas. Stayed 14 nights but housekeeping was sporadic. Room/toilet never cleaned. No clean mugs provided. Radiator hanging off the wall. Reception staff were very helpful but a couple of the bar staff were quite rude. Every night. Still no vegetarian dishes- only salad, pasta, pizza (some evenings) and vegetables. Tables aren’t cleaned between diners. Wouldn’t recommend and will only stay again if it’s the choice of other people in my skiing group. "
