"The pictures do not adequately represent this property! The hotel's design is clean and modern, and the interior of the room was streamlined and comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop bar, pool area, bakery and e-bike rental. During peak tourist season, we were particularly happy to be a bit removed from the crowd in the Vieux Ville. The staff was very accommodating, offering prompt assistance with our questions both before and during our stay."

"The staff at the reception desk were very polite and friendly. They helped us on several occasions. The kitchen staff also did a great job with breakfast and asked us each day about our stay and if we needed anything."

"Room was good size and it was clean. Beds were comfortable and toilet was clean. Air conditioning was ok not cold enough. There was no mini fridge or coffee in the room. The vendor machine sometimes doesn’t work but still charge. They offered free parking and location was great 10 mins drive from central Annecy Lake. I wish we would have stayed longer to explore more."

"It's a little drive away from Annecy town. To do the journey by bus, you need to catch the number 3 then change to the number 12 at La Chapelle. The hotel itself is clean, check-in was easy, breakfast wasn't fancy but perfectly fine. My only downside is that it was very very hot while I was there and there was no drinking water available. There is one vending machine in the lobby and water was always sold out. I think the hotel could benefit from a couple of water coolers in the lobby or in the corridors of each floor. For those who don't want to drink from the bathroom tap."
