"Friendly staff, comfy bed, great breakfast. I personally didn’t like the smell of the shower gel (lavender type smell) but other than that it was great. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Stayed while a festival was on so was very busy and although some food did run out at breakfast time as soon as it was mentioned to staff they replenished it straight away and were so helpful. Great vibes. Would definitely stay again"
"I visited for a weekend break during the summer. The hotel was good for a stay in Northampton is very central to the shopping area. The room was fine, and had everything you would expect from any lower price chain hotel. My main grumble was to do with temperature. It was hot outside, more the first night than the second, and although the reception area was beautifully air conditioned, the corridors and room weren't. "I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Milton Keynes. The room was a good size, very quiet, clean and comfortable, with a large, comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom stocked with good-quality products. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice to suit everyone. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, an excellent hotel and a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!"

The rooms had no air conditioning but provided a fan which did not do much .
We were in the ground floor , upstairs there was a lot of noise by other guests so bear this in mind.

the motorway way super handy. We checked in late at night as we needed to night stop as we were exhausted from driving. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and had so many options for all tastes!"

"The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant next-door was not very good at all. We noticed some of the plates were not clean.It’s hard to wash your face when you have very hot water coming out of one faucet and very cold coming out of another, so I think the plumbing needs to be updated. It would’ve been helpful to have a soap dish of some sort in the shower to put my own products on rather than putting them on the floor."
