In its 150th year it exudes a charm and gentility of its own. Centrally placed , beautifully decorated, ample sized rooms and wonderful helpful, friendly staff. "The room smells bad, staff not informed anything I was asking about lift, breakfast, etc in breakfast I got a milk shower by a lady was trying to add more milk, nothing was told to me. I need a taxi and I need to ask again nothing was asked to me even if I booked on the day before"

"It's a good option if you would like to be in the heart of Florence! Same street is packed with restaurants, gelato place, shops, etc. The hotel is in close proximity to main attractions, big plus as driving and parking is not quite an option. The hotel has no parking, however they have an agreement with a garage 2 minutes away from the hotel."
